The first step in getting your site online is to set up the server. I prefer to host my client's site on my very reliable server. The uptime is 99.9% and I've personally never had any problems with it. If you'd like a domain name (yoursite.com) I can take care of that for you at the same time.
For $60 you will get a server hosting your site for entire year ($5/month). You will have complete FTP access to modify your site.
